6。承租人必须妥善保管柜台设备。柜台设备在租赁期间损坏的,承租人应当承担修理或者赔偿责任。
    

7。承租人必须遵守出租人的门店纪律,端正经营态度,文明经营,礼貌待客,遵守消防安全规定,维护门店的外观和卫生。第五条出租人的权利和义务。出租人有权要求承租人提交各种报表,并有权监督承租人的经营活动是否合法,是否遵守店纪和有关规章制度。有下列情形之一的,出租人有权解除合同:
    

①擅自改变柜台的使用性质;
    

②擅自转租、转让柜台或者利用柜台从事非法经营活动;
    

③逾期支付租金,出租人逾期支付租金后拒不支付;(4)承租人严重违反门店纪律和相关规章制度,不听劝告。
    

4。出租人必须尊重承租人的经营权,不得以监理的名义干涉承租人的合法经营活动。出租人必须给予承租人与该店柜台相等的一切经营条件,以便为承租人的经营提供便利。第六条纳税出租人和承租人必须按照有关税收规定按时缴纳各自承担的税款。第七条保证人有权了解承租人的经营情况,有权要求承租人依法经营,遵守店铺的规章制度,有权要求承租人按期向出租人支付租金。承租人未按约定的数额按时支付租金,经出租人催告拒不支付的,出租人有权要求保证人代为支付租金。保证人承担连带责任。担保人在代表承租人支付租金后,有权要求承租人支付租金。第八条本合同自签订之日起生效。

合同期满、租赁终止或者承租人迁离时,合同当事人应当共同协商补充约定。本补充条款与本合同具有同等效力。第九条本合同正本一式两份,合同双方各执一份,免费等部门备案。你知道吗
